Our All Day blend has been designed with the coffee addict in mind! A great all day drinking

coffee that can be enjoyed at both ends of the day. Works really well as a filter coffee or if you want a bit more of a kick, try it as an espresso!

A full bodied decaf coffee with a depth of flavour and medium acidity. A great coffee for anytime drinking with out worrying the affects of caffeine. Decaffeinated by a natural water process also, this coffee has a clean and pleasant finish.

A full bodied coffee with strong aromas and rich flavours, great for having on the go all day. With a lower acidity and subtle notes, this coffee leaves a very pleasant aroma in the nose and flavour on the palette. A good weekend brew.

Super smooth, yet strong. Our Extra Smooth blend has to be tried to be fully appreciated. Leaves a fantastic bourbon flavour in the mouth, complicated and moreish. Works really well at a range of different brew strengths.

OUR UNIQUE ROASTING PROCESS

Flaming Dorset Coffee is skilfully crafted using Eco Roast Technology at

The Coffee Hub in Dorset. 

The process starts with the consumer, enjoying a delicious cup of coffee and collecting the used coffee grounds to return to The Coffee Hub

The next stage of the process, once the grounds have been returned is to sieve out any foreign objects and dry the coffee grounds. From there the dried coffee grounds are fed into a large mechanical press that forces the coffee under huge pressure through a die and this forms the Bio-Fuel we require for our Eco Roasters

The third stage of the process is roasting. Custom made Eco Roasters are used to turn the Coffee Bio-Fuel into the heat energy needed to roast delicious fresh coffee beans. The Eco Roaster is so energy efficient that it only uses approx 40g of Bio-Fuel to roast 1000g of fresh coffee! It even stores excess heat in large thermal storage tanks for heating the roastery!

The final stage of the process is the beans that have just been roasted, these are then quickly cooled, de-stoned and packed in valved bags to lock in the freshness.
